Our hope is that individuals, families and friends no matter where they live and what they do will be able to afford their own little slice of a real working New England lighthouse and a healthy piece at that. More importantly, as a direct Landician member within a community of like lighthouse lovers, you can experience first hand, share knowledge and learn why lighthouses are a benefit for all of us.

Landicity is Affordable and Easy

There are about 12,600 lighthouses in the world.  Many are fading away to the elements.  Private membership-ownership to a real lighthouse is very, very rare.  Most lighthouses are owned by governments or non-profit organizations.

We have developed one of the most unique and affordable ways for you to be a lighthouse member-owner and keep the lighthouse maintained and sustainable! You can experience seeing marine wildlife, weather and many other things about the light via the web, some only available to members only. You might be able to visit the lighthouse on very rare and special occassions should we host an open house upon restoration completion.
