Access Permit Application Required To Visit the Land

When you purchase and become a member, you can:

1. Visit via the internet without applying for an access permit, nor is there any speed limit imposed by Landicity other than your bandwidth!

2. Visit the island for real. But you MUST first have already registered your deed and you MUST apply for an access permit to visit the Maine Island well before you simply show up. We do not want to love the island to death and we restrict the number of people on the island at any given time.  As a reminder in the Bill of Rights, you may be subject to immediate termination of all you member-ownership rights without recourse and without any refund if you fail to register your deed and fail to apply for the access permit first.

3. Please complete all these steps if you have not already done so.

   1. Register as a Landicity Steward Member (Member Login & Registration)
   2. Register your Landicity Stewardship Deed (Register Your Deed)
   3. And finally, complete the access permit (Visit The Land )
      • An application to visit is required of all members so that we do not "Love the Land to Death".
