Can I sell or swap the land?
Sure but wait, there are limits. You must retain your membership and can not re-sell, convey, transfer, or assign your deed before the first anniversary of your purchase and/or gift registration.
After the first anniversary, you may sell the land a couple of ways: 1) back to Landicity, 2) to existing Landicity Stewardship Members, or 3) via the Landicity auction system (which may or may not be open to non-members). You can not sell it in any other manner, commercially, and including other auction sites such as eBay and Amazon.
Landicity will have selling transaction charges that may include re-issue of a deed, registration of a new name on deed, and a transaction handling fee for re-assignment, swaps, or other owner transfer of deeds. Appropriate handling charges may also apply.
