What happens if Landicity vaporizes?

However, your deed, supporting documents and certificate of ownership convey lunique benefits to the property. The lawyers really can not mess that up. You have these unique benefits at least for 3 years should we fail.
After the pilot and once the large tract option to purchase is exercised, there may be other additional benefits that may arise after at least 11% of the area units are purchased. Once the land is in a conservation area or easement, the general use and access rights follow the land. Under conservation easement terms there may be development limits for buildings, camps, or other built structures or invasive development. The exception is a small number of primitive sites, lean-tos, and yurts. Under a conservation easement access should be available even if Landicity disappears, per se.
