What happens if Landicity vaporizes?

• If Landicity goes out of business, all members shall have a vote to donate any outstanding escrowed funds, in which we may have dedicated a certain portion for an organization's benefit.
• Our vision is to flourish but should this unlikely event occur, all the lawyers will square off and mess things up a bit. However, your Lighthouse Keeper Steward Membership documents and certificates are yours to keep. The lawyers really can not mess that up.  Maybe they will offer you a buy-out option
