Do I really own the "Home" block?

  Members own undivided unique benefits of a vote to assist us; naming rights of their designated "Home" block and will get to own the identifying coordinates once we completely survey and "mark out" all the mini blocks (~ 5 cm 2). Individuals own unique rights to their "Home" block but not any individual fee simple or other type of real estate ownership.

When you purchase a Lighthouse Keeper Membership, one of the many benefits you receive is a non-recordable Lighthouse Keeper Steward Membership Deed. It describes your unique membership interests and your individual "Home" block. It includes a serial number and individual block designation.

 We keep all ownership records in our Landicity Membership and Landicity Stewardship Deed Registrar
