Landicity Charter Member

Charter Member is a limited and privileged status. You are a qualified Landicity Charter Member when you become a member and purchase a Landicity Stewardship Deed prior to transferring membership from our 41 acres to the full ~1,200 acres.
Currently there are 41 acres and we have several large parcels (1,200 to 6,000 acres under consideration)
The 41 acres is located in Northern Maine for our Maine pilot. When we complete the agreement to obtain ~1,200 acres, the following additional activity occurs:
- We transfer your Landicity Steward Membership and Landicity Stewardship Deed to these ~1,200 acres.
- The Charter Member receives first choice on selecting the new location of their personal Home Squard.
- Get to name their Home Squard and obtain their assigned coordinates
- Are forever known as a special and elite member - A Charter Member of the Landicity Steward Membership.
- We update and personalize your Landicity Stewardship Deed.
- Then we mail the final upgraded stock-certificate like printed Landicity Stewardship Deed to you at no additional costs.
While we have no intention of failing, or going out of business, our members are protected if we should cease to exist. Within our agreement, we have obtained guarantees for our members during this option period. The following occurs:
We assign all Members a temporary Home unit until we close on the larger parcel.
- Squard identification is randomly assigned to each Charter Member
- Squarp and Squard Landicity Members qualify for Charter Membership with full rights, greater permission and access rights and increased priority. For the purposes of Charter Membership we use Squarp and Squards interchangeably.
- Squarp and Squard Landicity Members will be part of a very elite group - A Charter Member
- Eligibility for this special membership, upon the completion of Phase One will be terminated. Charter
- Membership is not available to Squark Members.

Your Acknowledgement
Landicity is offering Squard Landicity Steward Membership with all its associated benefits and more fully described on our web site and according to the information in Bill of Rights, the Charter Member Benefits our Legal Terms and our Privacy Policy and as described.
Generally, we offer Home Squard assignment and selection by opening a single block of these units at a time. Each block may range in size from 1 acre, 5 acre, or other significant acreage totaling between 14,000 and 70,000 Squards. We do this to avoid our own version of sprawl and it keeps the neighbors near each other. We avoid a salt & pepper effect of single Home Squard assignment through out Landicity Maine using this block method.
Single blocks of Squards will be opened one at a time within the land. Each new block will be opened sequentially and near or at the capacity of the assignment of Home Squards in the previous block. A new block may be opened solely at the discretion of Landicity, say after 85% of the Home Squards are assigned in the previous block.
A new block is not necessarily next to or even near the previous block. For example, the first block available to Charter Members is five acres in our 41 acre pilot. The next block could be in a bog, or on high ground, or it could be next to the first five acre block. It could be 1 acre, or 10 acres, again at the discretion of Landicity.
