Are there any annual fees and how much are they?

Yes, but during our Charter Member period it is forever waived.

 After this period, there is a small annual maintenance fee currently set at $4 and $10 for Squard and Squarp respectively as stated on the site due on the anniversary of your one time purchase. We will send you a notice. Squark Membership is only a visa, just visiting, and only have limited rights of use, community and priorities and have no fee during the Charter Member period as well..

You have no other obligations except to pay the annual fee on time and at each anniversary. The annual fee is all you will ever pay as long as you pay on time and are never in arrears.

The annual fee may change based upon local taxes and fees, plus any fees the membership votes to collect for healthy land initiatives. See Are there taxes or charges due?

If you fail to pay the annual fee, at our option, you will lose all your Membership, ownership and rights and they may be placed back into the unsold inventory. You might be able to re-instate your ownership, membership rights, and other benefits. You will be required to pay all past amounts due including all charges such as annual fees, re-instatement charges, re-handling charges and refilling fees.

It is cheaper to pay the annual fee on time each year. It is also less of a hassle for you and for us.
